Ingredients
2 cups (16floz/450ml) heavy whipping cream, cold
1 can (14floz/400ml) sweetened condensed milk, cold
3 teaspoons (20 ml) be flavoring extract
1 tablespoon Elufa Ube Powder
½ cups macapuno strings (optional for toppings )
¼ cups pinipig (optional for toppings)
*Can also put Elufa's Ube Halaya for the ube swirl
Directions
Whip heavy cream on medium-high speed until soft peaks form.
Pour in condensed milk and whip until thick, stiff peaks form.
Add the ube extract and powder and whip until combined.
Spread evenly into a freezer-safe container, cover and freeze for at least 5 hours, or overnight. Store in the freezer for up to 6 weeks
