Ube Leche Flan

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Ube Flavorplus

  • 4 egg yolks

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup condensed milk

  • 1 ½ cup of fresh milk

  • ⅓ cup of sugar

  • Drops of 1 piece of calamansi

Directions

  1. Caramelize the sugar until it is brown and pour over the llanera equally

  2. Combine te egg yolks, egg and condensed milk

  3. Add in the fresh milk, calamansi and Ube Flavorplus

  4. Pour into the llanera mould

  5. Steam for 30 minutes at a low flame
